In Texas, the Electricity Facts Label requires each plan to show an average price at 500, 1,000, and 2,000 kWh. That is why we ask for a ZIP before we show cents. Ohio does not issue a PUCT EFL — the honest benchmark is the Price to Compare on the utility bill. Maryland allows supply choice, but online shopping on this site is not fully wired yet — we do not invent enrollments.
