1. Authorization & Service Agreement

I confirm that I am either the customer of record for this service address, the customer's spouse, or an authorized representative of the customer with permission to enroll on their behalf.

I agree to establish new electric service (or change my electric service) from my current retail electric provider to the selected provider I've chosen for this enrollment.

I agree to designate WattKarma to perform the necessary tasks to complete a switch (or move-in) for my electric service with the provider I've chosen for this enrollment.

How to Get a Copy of the Terms and Conditions I understand that I can request a copy of the sales agreement and terms of service or cancel this service by contacting Atlantic Energy at 800-917-9133 or info@atlanticenergyco.com. Early Termination Fee I understand there may be an early termination fee if I terminate the Agreement before the term expires. Enrollment With Atlantic Energy I understand that by clicking "Submit" I am agreeing to voluntarily initiate service with Atlantic. Right of Recission I understand my utility will send me a confirmation notice of my choice to enroll with Atlantic Energy and that I have seven (7) calendar days after the postmark date on the enrollment confirmation to cancel my electricity enrollment and seven (7) business days after the postmark date on the enrollment confirmation to cancel my natural gas enrollment, without penalty. I must contact my utility to cancel, and the utility will provide me a cancellation number. Terms and Conditions I have read and agree to the terms and conditions displayed to me throughout the enrollment process and above and that are available to download and save/print. Atlantic Energy is Not Affiliated With My Utility I understand Atlantic Energy is a licensed electricity and natural gas supplier and is not affiliated with my local utility company. Utility Information I authorize Atlantic Energy to obtain the following information from the LDC: consumption history; billing determinants; account number; credit information; public assistance status; etc. This information may be used by Atlantic Energy to determine whether it will commence and/or continue to provide energy supply service to Customer and will not be disclosed to a third party unless required by law. I realize that under the rules and regulations of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, I may refuse to allow Atlantic Energy to release the information set forth above. By providing my electronic signature, I freely give my utility permission to release the information designated above. Share My Smart Meter Data (Optional) I authorize WattKarma to obtain the electricity usage data recorded by the smart meter at my service address from Smart Meter Texas. This covers my 15-minute interval and daily usage readings, and WattKarma uses them to show me my usage and find plans that fit how I actually use energy. Smart Meter Texas will email me to confirm this before any data is shared — nothing is released until I click that link — and the agreement lasts 12 months. I can revoke it at any time at smartmetertexas.com or by contacting WattKarma. This is optional and has no effect on my enrollment, my plan, or my rate.
