Who is my electric utility in ZIP 75757?
ZIP 75757 (Bullard) can be Oncor (competitive) or Cherokee County Electric Cooperative (non-competitive). City parcels are often Oncor; rural edges often CCECA. Match your bill/ESI ID.
Who do I call when the power goes out?
Match your bill: Oncor 888-313-4747 or CCECA 903-683-2248 / 844-326-5710. Your REP (if any) does not restore wires. Downed line: 911 + provider.

Who provides natural gas, and what if I smell gas?
